a plate of burrata, a soft and supple cheese, when cut with a fork, oozes out a sweet, warm puddle of milk.

Oh my… WANT.
From Wiki:
When the Burrata is sliced open, its ritagli-thickened panna (cream) flows out. The cheese has a rich, buttery flavor, and retains its fresh milkiness. […] It can be served fresh on a cutting board with a huge knife.

Okonomiyaki with Egg. (via foodhoe’s foraging)
Oh my goodness, why have I not done this yet?!
More like OkoNOMiyaki, amiright?
Yes you are!
Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き?) is a Japanese savoury pancake containing a variety of ingredients.
Kansai (Osaka)-style okonomiyaki is the predominant style of the dish, found throughout most of Japan. The batter is made of flour, grated yam, water or dashi, eggs and shredded cabbage, and usually contains other ingredients such as green onion, meat (generally pork or bacon), octopus, squid, shrimp, vegetables, kimchi, mochi or cheese. Okonomiyaki is sometimes compared to an omelette or a pancake and may be referred to as “a Japanese pancake”, or even “Osaka soul food”.
Most okonomiyaki restaurants are set up as grill-it-yourself establishments, where the server produces a bowl of raw ingredients that the customer mixes and grills at tables fitted with teppan, or special hotplates. They may also have a diner style counter where the cook will prepare the dish right in front of the customers.- source

A sewing machine that can colour match your thread from swatches using a little scanny thing and CMYK ink printing on the fly. Love it.
Though I wonder how colourfast it would be…
Either way, want.

Nightlights from Ikea.
I’d very much like a little army of these, glowing merrily on the chest of drawers.
I would love a multi-coloured army of them. Sitting on the floor in the corner of my lounge room.
