According to the cuneiform tablets, Sumerians found God’s most puzzling act to be the creation from dust of the first two human beings. “These two people made in his image do not know how to communicate, lack skills in both mathematics and farming, and have the intellectual capacity of an infant,” one Sumerian philosopher wrote. “They must be the creation of a complete idiot.”

I see this poster about 20 times a day telling people to vote yes on a minaret ban. Personally, I don’t see the big problem with minarets, but a lot of people around here seem to want them banned.
My favourite part is that even though the woman’s face is almost completely covered by a niqab, they still managed to portray her with a totally menacing stare. I’ve maybe seen someone dressed like that one single time since I’ve been living here in Switzerland.
Actually, this poster reminds me of a couple of others that I’ve seen before…

I remember seeing the sheep poster on the news a while ago. It blows my mind that Switzerland, the neutral country that’s meant to be so mellow and chill, is so… not?

The Cavanagh Company of Greenville, Rhode Island makes about 80% of the communion wafers used by several Christian churches in the US.

Some customers say the Cavanaghs have such a big market share because their product is about as close to perfect as earthly possible. “It doesn’t crumb, and I don’t like fragments of our Lord scattering all over the floor,” said the Rev. Bob Dietel, an Episcopal priest.

And while I am on the subject of not being Christian, it might interest some of you out there to know that God isn’t a Christian. Think about it. He’s God. Now I am going to stop there for a second because I am sure a few of my Christian friends just exploded.

Hehe. These ladies are great.
