This little Quokka found the best leaf in the entire forest.
The Reddit thread says that they’re adorable and cuddly, etc etc. But growing up here, with Rottnest just a stone’s throw away, we get told to admire them from afar because they (might) carry rabies.
Rottnest was named after the quokkas because the explorers thought they were giant rats. #factswithoutwikipedia
