{004} Blurrier than expected Greek yoghurt which I stuck in a fine sieve in the fridge to drain more of the moisture out of it before turning it into ice-cream.
I took a better picture of it yesterday, but it corrupted. :( So I had to retake it this morning post-draining and it looks like I fumbled the phone or something.
